Back in the Swing of things!

Hello wonderful SP Frankstonites!!

So this week at our fabulous venue we are having a go at...

Level 1 - Some more 6 beat dance mooooooves!! We'll have something fun for you all to learn!!

Level 2 - This is our last week of transitions!! So come one, come all and learn some of our trickiest moves to get from one dance style to another oooooooh...

Level 3 - We are doing a sequence that is called 'stops' its not too hard but there is quite a bit of foot work and it is awesome when danced fast!! So we'll be kickin' up the pace a little bit :)
