Jack and Jill - 6 beat ONLY!

Middle Park (Middle Park Bowls Club)
23 Mar 2010

Hi South Melbourne!

Such a big and fun level 1 class this week – we LOVE the energy you guys bring! Thanks to our Level 2 dancers who gave a little Jack and Jill demo this week: Danni, Kate, Leon & David. Level 1s… are you up to the Jack and Jill challenge? We think you are!

There’s a lot happening down at St Luke’s Hall in the next couple of weeks, here’s a rundown:

Tues 23rd March: Jack & Jill week at Pockets: 6 Beat Special

To give our fabulous Level 1s the chance to win FOUR FREE classes at South Melbourne in April, this month our Jack and Jill will be restricted to 6 BEAT MOVES ONLY. This should be a challenge for our level 2s who are used to mixing up the swing rhythms in their social dancing J

Tues 30th March – SHIM SHAM, 7PM 1.5hr class – LEVEL 1 & 2 Combined…

The Shim Sham is a classic swing stroll (a line dance of sorts) that often gets played at swing balls (see the link below). Here’s your chance to learn it so you can practice in the lead up to the Meet the Scene Ball in May.

See you on Tuesday!
