It's great to see the Ringwood Swing Dancing community growing! We want to encourage all levels of dancers to start social dancing. It's where you really get to practice what you've learned in class, iron out the kinks & express your individuality.
THIS WEEK:
6:30pm Level 1 - SIx Beat
This rhythm is great to get you social dancing! Six beat started in the 1930's and later became jive & rock'n'roll. It all starts with a "quick quick slow slow".
7:30pm Level 2 - Lindy Hop
How to social dancing with Lindy Hop. Intro, chorus, solos in the music & connecting it to your dancing. Sways, basics, moves & a dip...
8:30pm SOCIAL DANCING
Free if you've done the classes or $5 a the door.
Stick round & have a dance, hang out & catch up or grab a drink etc
