Welcome to fun venue!
We've missed you during the public holidays but we're back for all of May...
6:30pm Level 1 - 1920's Charleston
This is where it all started! The lindy hop and other dances all came from the 20's Charleston. You'll go tap step tap step to the 'trad jazz' music and hear tubas & clarinets. This rhythm has a lot of leading & following so it will get you social dancing right away!
7:30pm Level 2 - 6 beat with Triples
We've been working on the lindy for a while. Time to switch it up! 6 beat is a great rhythm to social dance as you'll learn so many moves... keeping it dynamic! Rock step, triple step, triple step in all different directions!
8:30pm Level 3 - Rhythm Transitions
The Meet the Scene Ball is coming up soon! And we want to work of mixing our rhythms.... from lindy to 6-beat to Charleston to tandem to hand to hand and more!! Great class to help you with your social dancing.
