The Horatia is on the Holloway Road approximately 4 minutes walk north from Highbury & Islington Station
or approximately 3 minutes walk south, down the Holloway Road from Holloway Road Station.
There are also plenty of buses going to this part of town.
The Horatia is such a great venue with friendly management and staff and a wooden floor which is just pleasurable to dance on!!
The Horatia is a traditional pub all on one ground floor which has recently had a funky face lift making it's combination of rustic wooden flooring, welcoming couches and soft lighting very endearing.... Some may call it “a poshed up boozer!”
Erin Piggott and James Horada will be teaching every week a 1 hour class (level 1) from 7pm to 8pm, which welcomes total beginners, offering an around basic knowledge and grounding of the lindy hop for £8 for 1hour.
All are welcome! Just come down any week and learn! You don't need a partner! You don't need any prior knowledge of dancing! Just be prepared to have a lot of fun!
