Buenos Dias Dancers!

We hope you've had a fantastic two weeks off!  Plenty of time to relax and realise just how much you miss us!
Moojo is back from Swing Camp Oz and bursting with amazing new dance moves and techniques to share with the Frankston Swing Patrol crew.  Come down to the Yacht club and join us for a night of fun and inspired dancing.

Summer school was a great success!  Level 1 saw many new dancers come through our doors which was fantastic!  We love the enthusiasm and smiling faces that fill the class each week! The all-in Big Apple class was a whirlwind of crazy solo jazz fun!  We're so proud of everyone who attended...whether you smashed it or got smashed by it, we hope you enjoyed yourself!  We'll be finishing the last section of the routine in the level 3 class and as such will make it an open level class just for this one week only.

SUMMER SCHOOL CLASS NOTES

Level 1 - 7pm

We will be continuing our journey into 6 beat this week.  As always we'll be revising the basics so it's a great time for your first lesson or a brush-up for those who have already done it before.  Then we'll be looking at some new moves to get you shaking your six beat across the floor!  We've got plenty so come on down and see how many we can roll on through!

Level 2 - 8pm
It is time once again to pick up our much loved Lindy Hop.  We'll be looking at a few moves from two different angles.  To those still finding their Lindy feet they will be new moves perfect for the social floor.  For the more seasoned level two dancer we'll be looking at the technical side of the moves to make them not just look great but feel great!  Original material inspired by Camp Oz technique, not to be missed.

Level 3 - 9pm
We'll be finishing the Big Apple off  in the level 3 class this week!  It's a downhill run from here so come on down to the Yacht club and enjoy the satisfying sprint to the finish line!  We'll drill it for the remainder of the class to help it really stick!  If you're struggling a little, don't stress out at all.  It takes everyone a few goes to get the fancy fast foot routine flowing fabulously!

As always tonnes of dancing!
